A single lesson costs 20€ for 60 minutes. You'll get a payment link after booking — please pay at least 24 hours before your session, otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled.
📅 Booking
Book at least 24 hours in advance. Each booking is for one person only — if you'd like to bring someone along, just let us know beforehand.
🔄 Rescheduling
Need to move your lesson? No problem — just reschedule through your confirmation email at least 24 hours before. Your payment carries over to the new date.
❌ Cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before and you'll get a full refund within 7 business days. Cancel less than 24 hours before and the fee is forfeited — we can't offer a refund at that point.

💶 Price & Payment
The 5-lesson pack costs 75€ (15€ per lesson). The 10-lesson pack costs 100€ (10€ per lesson). Payment for the full pack is due at least 24 hours before the first lesson, otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled.
📅 How Booking Works
All lessons in your pack are booked at once through our calendar — you'll select a recurring weekly slot and all 5 or 10 sessions will be scheduled automatically on the same day and time each week. We do this to offer you consistency and to make sure your slot is reserved.
👤 Who Can Use It
Lesson packs are tied to the person who booked them and cannot be transferred to someone else.
🔄 Rescheduling a Lesson
If you can't make a lesson, email us at studyitalianonlinebookings@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to reschedule it at a different time. Please note we cannot guarantee the same time slot will be available.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate: Cal.com for scheduling and Revolut for payment processing. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and processes data in accordance with applicable regulations. We encourage you to review their policies. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely through the third-party platforms listed above. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
6. Your Rights

Terms & Conditions
Please familiarise yourself with our policies before booking.
1. Pricing
Single lesson: 20€ per 60-minute session. 5-lesson pack: 75€ (15€ per lesson). 10-lesson pack: 100€ (10€ per lesson). All prices are inclusive and in euros.
2. Age Requirement
Students must be at least 16 years of age to book and attend lessons. Students under 18 may be required to provide parental or guardian consent upon request.
3. Booking — Single Lessons
Single lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Each booking is for one participant only, unless previous arrangements have been made in writing. Payment must be received at least 24 hours before the session. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.

All lessons in a pack are booked at once through our calendar. The student selects a recurring weekly slot and all sessions are scheduled automatically on the same day and time each week. This is to ensure consistency and to guarantee the student's slot is reserved. Payment for the full pack is due at least 24 hours before the first lesson, otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled. Lesson packs are tied to the student who booked them and cannot be transferred to another person.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling — Single Lessons
Single lessons may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time via the confirmation email. Cancellations of paid single lessons will receive a full refund within 7 business days. For rescheduled lessons, the payment carries over to the new date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accepted and the session fee will be forfeited.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling — Lesson Packs
The full pack may be cancelled and refunded in full if the student cancels at least 24 hours before the first lesson. After the first lesson has taken place, individual lessons within the pack are non-refundable. If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson within their pack, they must contact Study Italian Online via email at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule the lesson at a different time, although we cannot guarantee the same time slot will be available. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will result in that lesson being forfeited.
7. Cancellation by Study Italian Online
In the rare event that the teacher needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control, Study Italian Online will contact the student as soon as possible to offer a rescheduled lesson. For single lessons, if rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. For lesson packs, if rescheduling is not possible, a refund equivalent to the per-lesson cost of the pack will be issued.
8. The Lessons
Each lesson lasts 60 minutes, with a 5-minute break after 30 minutes. Lessons take place via video call; the meeting link is included in the confirmation email.
9. Class Materials
All materials are provided free of charge for the student's personal educational use only. Materials may not be used, redistributed, shared, copied, or reproduced for any commercial purpose or made available to third parties. All materials remain the property of Study Italian Online and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
10. Transaction Fees
Payments must be made through the link provided for the full amount. Any additional transaction fees or charges applied by the student's bank or payment provider during payment or refund are the responsibility of the student.
11. Modification of Terms
Study Italian Online reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The availability and schedule shown on the booking calendar may change without notice; however, this will not affect lessons that have already been booked and confirmed. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including violation of these terms. We are under no obligation to provide an explanation for such action.
13. Disclaimer
Services and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. Study Italian Online makes no representations regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
14. Business Identity & Payments
Study Italian Online is operated as a registered sole trader. EU VAT number: EE102156920. Payments are processed via Revolut. Business clients requiring a formal invoice may request one by getting in touch — invoicing for business purposes is handled through Xolo Go OÜ (registry code: 14717109, Estonia). VAT may apply to B2B transactions depending on the client's location and applicable EU VAT rules. It is the client's responsibility to determine whether VAT applies in their jurisdiction.
